Emily Kyle will lead this exciting class that will introduce you to eating for health. Emily will focus on lifestyle eating versus dieting. Future classes will build off of this knowledge with classes like farm to table, plant based eating, food preparation and a cooking class. The class will run from 2 – 4pm. All materials will be provided. $20 non-members, $10 for members, pre-registration is required.
